Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to:

- Pricing or listing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed.
Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation where applicable.
Shipping and Delivery
EduRes currently provides delivery services only within Karachi, Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order during our Open Parcel Delivery process before accepting delivery. By accepting the order after inspection, the customer confirms that the products received are correct and in satisfactory condition.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders placed for delivery outside Karachi.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Product Availability
Products may become unavailable without prior notice. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Customer Responsibilities
